We are introducing a new Head of Strategic Programs role to boost our organizational effectiveness and support strategic initiatives in Product and Engineering. This role will empower our CPO & CTO by aligning cross-functional strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the department. By focusing on strategic planning and execution, the Head of Strategic Programs will help us navigate complex challenges and enhance Executive effectiveness.

You will:

• Support the product strategy development by managing the Tech strategy process in alignment with the company strategy process, identifying strategic incompletions, and supporting the Product and Engineering leadership to drive alignment across stakeholders.

• In coordination with CPO/CTO and their leadership team, conduct in-depth strategic analysis and gather market/peer insights, focusing on Tech.

• Lead strategic projects and programs in Tech e.g. to enhance operational excellence and process efficiency, support in evolving our tech operating model and productivity

• Oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes for the Tech department.

• Support the CPO/CTO for all high-impact internal and external meetings.

• Assist with developing strategy communication including presentations and communications with the board, investors, and stakeholders.

• Enhance information flow across the department, connect the dots with key stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.

Who you are

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally roles including Chief of Staff to CTO/CPO with large tech set ups, or including top tier consulting with a strong tech focus and technical program management, product management

• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

• Versatility to cover new projects and quickly ramp up on complex topics

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Executive and Board-level stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly attentive, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
