Mission
 
We are hiring a Head of Strategic Finance & AI Analytics — a finance leader who combines investment-banking sharpness with tech-company speed and an obsession for automation.
You will own planning, forecasting, and performance management while building the next generation of an AI-native finance organisation. This role is perfect for someone who wants to stop doing manual FP&A and start building AI-driven, real-time, decision-intelligence finance.

Your profile:
What You Will Do
AI-First Strategic Finance
• Build FP&A into an AI-augmented engine: automated forecasting, real-time reporting, autonomous variance analysis.
• Build and maintain dynamic, driver-based models that update continuously with live data.
• Replace static processes with AI workflows that scale.

Business Partnering at Speed
• Advise the CFO and leadership team with fast, sharp, data-backed insights.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and People to drive resource allocation and ROI.
• Translate complex financial signals into clear business actions.

Intelligent Performance Management
• Define and implement the company wide KPI-framework (growth, efficiency, productivity, customer health) 
• Build automated dashboards with real-time visibility in revenue, margins, cost and cash
• Run monthly performance cycles and deliver high-clarity insight with minimal manual work
• Support board/investor materials using a data-first storytelling approach

Build & Scale the Finance Function
• Define the finance tech stack, data structure, and automation roadmap.
• Coach and uplevel junior team members in an AI-native way of working.
• Shape the future Strategic Finance organisation as we scale globally.

Your profile
• Experience working in investment banking, 
• 5 - 10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or high-growth tech
• Exceptional modelling and analytical ability — and the desire to automate most of it
• Strong AI fluency: LLMs, automation tools, analytical platforms, workflow orchestration
• Passion for building — not maintaining — finance processes
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data, clarity, and conviction
• Comfortable operating in high velocity, high ambiguity, high ambition environments
