The continuously growing Service & Security Management Team operates standardized management systems in the context of customers from the enterprise and public sectors, and ensures their continuous improvement, among other things, through GRC standards, certifications, and testing. Within the IONOS corporate group with international subsidiaries, the team creates company-wide standards, for example, in risk, document, and process management.

Tasks

In this leadership role, you will:

• Lead a team of organizational security and service management employees.

• Serve as a central point of contact for established standards and certifications within the IONOS Group.

• Be responsible for the security risk management of the IONOS corporate group as well as other business units of the United Internet holding company.

• Operate and be responsible for core processes and management system activities, such as: Document management, Process management, Emergency management.

• Report on management system activities and maturity levels in a target-group-specific manner.

• Interface with other corporate functions, such as: Compliance, Legal.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Security or a comparable field, or extensive professional experience in the field of Information Security, Service Management, or related areas.

• You are not only familiar with international and national standards and norms such as ISO 27001, ISO 50001, but you have also worked in certified scopes and possibly created new ones.

• You should have already gained initial leadership experience.

• You achieve results by convincing and motivating departments within an international organization to implement standards and processes.

• You can quickly get up to speed on new topics and are accustomed to communicating complex relationships in a clear and concise manner, tailored to your audience, and creating awareness for security issues.

• You enjoy finding smart and cost-effective solutions when implementing regulatory requirements.

• You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
