We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our expansion and revenue growth in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing sales team while driving business development initiatives in the region.
This is a key leadership role for a professional who understands emerging markets, is target-driven, and can establish strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize sales processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with overall business goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in emerging markets (Central Asia experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Fluency in English (Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage)
