We empower SMEs across F&B and retail to digitize operations and accept seamless payments. As we expand into Indonesia, we are launching innovative solutions such as payment soundbox devices to accelerate merchant adoption.

We are now seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to define and lead our sales strategy, scale our merchant acquisition engine, and drive market growth across Indonesia.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

Set Sales Vision & Strategy

• Define and own EPOS Indonesia’s sales vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan.
• Establish short- and long-term revenue targets aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and unlock high-impact acquisition channels, partnerships, and verticals.
• Ensure scalable, data-driven processes that optimize conversion, CAC, and ROI.

Lead & Scale Sales Organization

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales leadership team (Sales Managers / Merchant Acquisition Executives).
• Drive team performance, accountability, and coaching culture across all levels.
• Design territory coverage, incentive structures, and KPIs for maximum efficiency and impact.

Market Expansion & Business Development

• Lead market entry initiatives and strategic partnerships in Indonesia.
• Serve as the face of EPOS for key merchants, industry events, and SME networks.
• Translate frontline insights into strategic initiatives, product recommendations, and GTM refinements.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end merchant experience.
• Align sales priorities with company-wide growth goals and operational execution.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of B2B sales / merchant acquisition experience, including at least 3 years managing regional or multi-team sales organizations (fintech, payments, POS, or SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets in high-growth environments.
• Strategic thinker with a hunter mindset, comfortable both in the field and in boardroom-level discussions.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, data-driven decision making, and pipeline management.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia; confident in representing the company externally.
