With offices in Berlin, Wrocław, and Helsingborg, they're at an exciting inflection point and building the senior commercial team to take them there.
THE ROLE
This is one of the most important hires the company will make this year. As Head of Sales, you won't just manage a team — you'll architect the entire commercial engine. You'll own the inbound and outbound sales functions, the CRM and AI-driven workflow transformation, and the customer experience from first touch to retention of their most valuable accounts.
You'll manage and develop a growing team of sales consultants, working closely with the founders to shape strategy and execute with discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Grow and develop the inbound sales team, outbound function, aftersales partnerships, and offline conversion
• Own sales team targets and metrics — ensure objectives are met through structured planning and execution, not gut-feel management
• Drive customer happiness, high reviews, and retention of AAA brand clients
• Oversee the CRM system, AI-first workflow transformation, and the full customer journey
• Develop deep market and customer understanding to inform product, pricing, and strategic direction
• Own the commercial legal framework and manage client disputes when they arise
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in a digital-native or e-commerce environment
• A player-manager — you can still sell, and you can prove it. This is not a role for someone who only manages from a distance
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams with structure and discipline, not just hiring top performers and hoping for the best
• Strong command of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and data-driven decision making
• Understanding of paid and organic digital marketing channels and how they feed the sales funnel
• Experience with or genuine eagerness to implement AI-native tools and workflows (agents, automations, etc.)
• German at native level — this is non-negotiable for this role
• Professional English
