Role Overview

As Head of Sales Development at REAL, you will lead, build, and operate our outbound engine end-to-end. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the SDR craft, believes in high standards, and knows how to turn structure, discipline, and energy into a predictable pipeline.

You will not only manage the team - you will build the playbooks, define the training methodology, analyze performance deeply, and stay close to execution. This role combines leadership, coaching, strategy, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team with clear standards and accountability.
- Stay hands-on in outbound strategy, messaging, and execution when needed.
- Build and continuously refine outbound playbooks (email, phone, LinkedIn, sequencing).
- Design structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for the team.
- Own performance analytics: meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates, quality metrics.
- Conduct deep analysis of team performance and drive improvement plans.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align on ICP, qualification criteria, and pipeline goals.


Requirements:
What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of management experience leading SDR or sales development teams (mandatory).
- Experience building SDR teams in early-stage startups.

- Strong prior background as a successful SDR with a proven outbound track record.
- Native-level English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- High level of proactivity, ownership, and accountability.
- Deep passion for the SDR profession and building excellence in the craft.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing pipeline metrics and team KPIs.
- Experience building structured processes, training frameworks, and operational systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
