What You Will Do
- Represent the company and product as the face of the business in Malaysia at industry events and as a subject matter expert in associations.
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performance sales team to cover both corporate and SME customers, while personally focusing on complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, collaborating with the product team to suggest enhancements or win new clients.
- Implement best practices in training, sales collateral, and case studies to support your team, and lead by example by stepping in to resolve sales pipeline issues or handle escalations.

What You Will Need
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise or corporate software solution sales.
- Background in SaaS, fintech, data solutions, banking, or business intelligence tools.
- Proven experience in setting sales strategies, go-to-market, or expansion strategies for new products or businesses.
- Ability to lead a sales team (or demonstrated potential), including skills in forecasting, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline management.
