THE ROLE
As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the full commercial function: inbound and outbound sales, aftersales, CRM, and the customer journey from first contact through to retention of enterprise accounts. You'll manage and grow a team of sales consultants, work directly with the founders on strategy, and have genuine influence over the direction of the business.
This is a builder role. The foundations are in place — your job is to bring structure, discipline, and ambition to take it to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and develop the sales team across inbound, outbound, and aftersales — setting clear targets and building the structure to hit them
• Own the full customer journey: from first touch to conversion to long-term retention of major brand clients
• Drive customer satisfaction, strong reviews, and repeat business with enterprise accounts
• Oversee CRM systems and lead the implementation of AI-driven workflows and sales automations
• Develop deep market and customer insight to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions
• Work closely with the founders on commercial strategy and represent the sales function at leadership level
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a B2B environment with both transactional and enterprise deal flows
• A genuine player-manager — you can coach your team and still close a deal yourself when it matters
• Proven track record of building structured, metrics-driven sales teams — not just assembling talent and hoping for results
• Strong command of CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how they feed a B2B sales funnel
• Curiosity about AI tools and genuine willingness to implement automations and agent-based workflows
• Native-level German is essential
• Professional English
