About Us
As part of the Entyre Group, Pflegewegweiser is one of the fastest-growing health tech scale-ups in the Swiss market. We are based in Zurich, Berlin, and Boston, employ over 500 people, and are redefining outpatient care: tech-enabled, fast, effective, and truly human-centered.
We combine high-quality care with operational excellence, clear processes, and a modern, technology-driven organization.
We believe that everyone deserves to live a self-determined, dignified life at home, even when in need of care. Family caregivers provide incredible support every day and deserve professional backing, reliable structures, and genuine appreciation.
Position Overview
The Head of Revenue Operations is one of the most operationally critical seats at Pflegewegweiser. This is not a “manage billing” role. You will build and lead the revenue engine that sustains our ability to scale care — ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and speed from claim creation through reimbursement and cash collection. You will own the full revenue cycle across Swiss market and architect the infrastructure behind it: workflows, reporting, controls, and team. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll design and build scalable systems, but you’ll also be in the details — digging into denials, pressure-testing processes, and jumping in when reimbursement is at risk. You’ll partner closely with Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Pflegewegweiser’s end-to-end revenue cycle across Switzerland — from claim creation through reimbursement and cash collection.
• Be hands-on in the operation: review claims workflows, dig into denials, spot issues early, and drive fast resolution when cash is at risk.
• Build and continuously improve claims submission, denial management, medical coding oversight, accounts receivable, and reimbursement workflows.
• Translate billing requirements into standardized, scalable processes that support rapid expansion.
• Leverage your technical and analytical background to improve automation, data quality, and operational rigor across the revenue cycle.
• Design dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into billing performance, denial rates, reimbursement timelines, AR aging, and cash flow — and use them weekly to drive execution.
• Identify and eliminate revenue leakage, process inefficiencies, and quality gaps that slow reimbursement or create compliance risk.
• Maintain billing compliance with strong process controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Own accounts receivable performance and optimize collections cycles to improve cash velocity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing billing team with clear accountability and high standards, while setting the pace through hands-on execution.
