This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Location: Umbergaon

JobType :full-time

Requirements:
Overall head of production, reporting directly to the Directors.

• Over 10 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing, including blanking, deep drawing, polishing, and finishing.
• Extensive hands-on experience on the shop floor in high-volume manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and training production teams.
• Full responsibility for quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Skilled in managing personnel, shifts, discipline, and overall productivity.
• Strong abilities in production planning, target setting, and cost control.
• A mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• A leadership position with complete accountability for both delivery and quality.
• Work Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat
