Head of Production

Our client, an international manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead and further develop their production department. The role involves managing teams, optimizing production processes, overseeing planning and KPIs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.

Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary management of the production department;
• Further development and implementation of production processes;
• Preparing annual cost, capacity and headcount plans as well asmonitoring od the associated cost centres;
• Participating in the recruitment and selection process of new employees;
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Ensure that agreed production-related KPIs are met;
• Point of contact for external partners such as suppliers' representatives, on-site service providers or customer representatives.

Requirements:
• Successfully completed technical degree;
• Several years of professional experience, including management responsibility in a comparable position;
• Excellent knowledge of production processes and process optimization;

• High level leadership and communication skills;
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
