Public 360 is the leading case management, citizen dialogue, and records/archiving platform for public-sector organizations across the Nordics. Our customers operate critical societal missions across government, defense, health, education, energy and more — where trust, compliance, and reliability are essential. 

We are now expanding into broader European markets with a clear ambition: make AI native to both our product and the way we build it. 

We are hiring a Head of Product & Strategy to define where we play, how we win, and how AI becomes a durable structural advantage in close partnership with our CPTO. 

 

The Role 

You will own product strategy and portfolio direction end-to-end: market focus, differentiation, investment logic, and measurable outcomes. 

This includes: 

• Defining segments, expansion sequencing, and differentiated value propositions across the Nordics and Europe 

• Turning regulatory and procurement complexity into defensible product advantage 

• Defining where AI creates structural product advantage and where deterministic automation ensures trust, compliance, and predictability 

• Driving AI-native ways of building: copilots, automation, and a roadmap toward dramatically increasing delivery velocity under safe, governed controls 

• Strengthening an empowered, outcome-driven product model (SVPG-aligned), where teams are accountable for outcome 

• Turning investments into profitable growth by focusing on what scales, monetizes, and improves margins 

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure strategy translates into scalable, profitable growth. You report to the CPTO and are part of the Product & Technology leadership team. 

What We’re Looking For 

You likely bring: 

• Proven success defining product strategy in complex B2B SaaS or platform environments 

• Experience scaling products across markets, ideally in Europe or other regulated regions 

• A track record of portfolio prioritization and investment trade-offs tied to commercial outcomes 

• Strong grounding in modern product leadership (empowered teams, discovery, outcome orientation) 

• A collaborative and high-trust leadership style, converting strategic choices into focused execution and measurable outcomes 

• Sound judgment building AI-first capabilities in mission-critical environments  

You view AI as a structural shift — reshaping architecture and velocity — and you are trusted by engineering leaders and senior stakeholders across the organization.
