Head of Product - Player Account Management

A great Opportunity has arisen within Betsson Group Malta. We are looking for a Head of Product for our Player Account Management area to join us in the Malta Headquarters.

As Head of Product - Player Account Management (PAM), you will provide strategic product leadership, positioning the PAM platform as a key competitive advantage and growth driver for Betsson Group and its B2B partners. You will define and execute the product strategy, balancing ongoing product and technical initiatives. In this role, you will lead and manage the PAM product team and actively contribute to the wider product development leadership team.

This is a senior leadership position that combines vision, strategy, and execution. Betsson’s PAM is a core product that powers the company’s bespoke iGaming platform. It manages customer accounts and supports registration, onboarding, responsible gaming, and compliance. PAM is multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction, serving numerous internal teams and B2B partners.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the PAM platform, ensuring alignment with Betsson’s overall business objectives.

• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer and business value, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.

• Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure product success and team growth.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

• Develop a deep understanding of business needs, user journeys, and platform capabilities to guide strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Commercial, Data, and Operations teams to deliver customer value and enhance platform performance.

• Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback, market insights, and data analytics.

• Act as the primary product contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and engagement.

• Initiate and lead strategic initiatives, contributing to cross-functional projects and aligning priorities with other product leaders.

• Prepare and deliver presentations in product forums, including status updates and idea pitches.

• Manage relationships with third-party providers integrated into the platform.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree, training or relevant on the job experience in a related domain.

• 10+ years working in product management & product related roles.

• Relevant iGaming Experience working with Platform Products.

• A humble and inspirational leader who leads by example, sets high standards, and fosters a high-performance culture.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to C-Level.

• A team player, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional working groups.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure.

• Professional working proficiency in English
