Your day-to-day:
• Use your knowledge of market trends, technology advancements and business acumen to launch new products for Hostinger’s clients.
• Lead a small, fast moving cross-functional team of some of the best engineers and ensure exceptional execution and delivery.
• Deep dive into the data to find actionable insights and constantly experiment to create MVP alongside the best customer experience.
• Scope and prioritize product innovation activities based on business needs and customer impact. Be the main responsible person for P&L for newly launched products.
• Make sure that the product innovation strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
• Become the key evangelist of product innovations and participate in press activities, conferences, and discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.

Your skills and experience:
• Solid experience building B2C products from ideation, actual delivery and making sure they are successful in the market.
• Strong technical background with constantly evolving AI knowledge.
• Strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to empathize with clients to identify their needs.
• Strong data-based decision-making (we move fast and 70% confidence level is enough).
• Track record of driving business growth through product innovation and customer-centricity; experience in product discovery methodologies.
• Experience in building and leading a team of highly skilled professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 7000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills
