• Define and maintain end‑to‑end product operating models, solution blueprints, and aligned technology investment roadmaps.
• Partner with product, technology, risk, compliance, and operations leaders to ensure seamless execution from product design through launch.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across the COO, bank functions, service providers, and external partners to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Own and maintain a transparent product delivery roadmap, with clear prioritization, dependencies, and governance.
• Support enterprise‑wide strategic planning, innovation initiatives, and change management efforts.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and financial solutions, including digital assets and tokenization.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of solution architects and product implementation professionals.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, regulators, and boards.
• Operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments with a results‑oriented mindset, sound judgment, and resilience.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in financial services, with significant leadership experience across product development, operations, and technology.
• Proven track record of building and scaling product development or implementation functions in global organizations, with clear operating models and governance.
• Deep understanding of investment fund structures and vehicles across asset classes, including mutual funds, trusts, exchange‑traded products, alternatives, and interval funds.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or digital‑native product structures preferred.
• Strong program and project management discipline, with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate organizational complexity, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in technology‑enabled operating model transformation.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
