Job Description

• Beratung der Geschäftsleitung bei der Planung neuer Projekte/Entwicklungen und der strategischen Neuentwicklung von Produkten und Produktserien
• Überwachung der Abwicklung von Kunden-, Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsprojekten (Termin und Kosten)
• Beratung der Geschäftsleitung bei betrieblichen Investitionsvorhaben
• Planung und Kontrolle der Umsetzung von betrieblichen Investitionsvorhaben über Projektfortschritte
• Strategische Planung und Management des gesamten Produktportfolios
• Definition und Ausrichtung der Vision, Strategie und Roadmap, um das Unternehmen als weltweiten Anbieter zu etablieren
• Erstellen und Präsentieren von visionären Innovationen (gelegentlich vor Investoren oder Analysten), strategischen Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie die Kalkulation der Business-Cases
• Sie verantworten strategische Partnerschaften und führen die notwendigen Vertragsverhandlungen
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei strategischen Kunden, Presse und Analysten
• Definition, Kontrolle der unternehmensrelevanten KPIs und Maßnahmensteuerung zur Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele
• Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für das gesamte internationale Geschäft
• Führen eines Produktmanagement Teams, in dem Sie motivieren und stetig Verbesserungen in Ihrem Bereich erzielen
• Identifikation und Fördern von High-Potentials und Talenten

Requirements:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens
• Kenntnisse in der Projektplanung und Lenkung von Entwicklungsprojekten
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines Entwicklungsteams
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Produkten
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Organisationstalent
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln
• Führungsqualitäten
