As Head of Product Design at CUBE, you will lead and scale our design function to deliver exceptional user experiences across our enterprise B2B SaaS platform. You will shape the design vision, manage a team of talented UX and UI designers, and work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to create intuitive, visually impactful, and highly usable products. Your leadership will ensure that design is a strategic driver of customer engagement, adoption, and value creation, helping financial institutions manage regulatory change with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and own the design vision and strategy for CUBE’s platform, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Design Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.

• Champion user-centered design principles to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences.

• Drive rapid prototyping and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design cycles and innovation.

Collaboration & Influence

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development lifecycle.

• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to translate complex needs into simple, actionable design solutions.

• Advocate for design excellence across the organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Quality & Consistency

• Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

• Monitor and measure the impact of design on user engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, using data to inform decisions.

Knowledge and experience

• Proven experience leading design teams in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong track record of delivering customer-facing products that balance usability, functionality, and visual appeal.

• Expertise in UX and UI design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience with rapid prototyping, including the use of AI tools to accelerate design and testing.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive web design.

• Bonus: Knowledge of regulatory technology or financial services.
