Head of Product at Handoff
We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead the strategy, roadmap, and team that powers Handoff’s next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll own everything from scaling our high-velocity product process to launching new verticals like fintech, procurement, and enterprise tools, all centered around an AI-native agent experience.
This role is ideal for a player-coach with deep product leadership experience in fast-paced startups, a sharp eye for user experience, and a proven track record building AI-native platforms that drive real retention and expansion outcomes.

What you'll do:
• Lead product strategy and roadmap to scale Handoff to $100M+ revenue.
• Run a high-velocity product development system with weekly shipping cadence.
• Ensure product, design, and engineering teams operate with speed and quality.
• Embed customer insights into every product decision. Build systems to talk to users every week.
• Drive retention and NDR outcomes by investing in core workflows, adoption loops, and upsell surfaces.
• Guide the evolution of our AI-agent product: agent-first workflows, permissions, monitoring, and trust systems.
• Launch and iterate on fintech and procurement products, balancing speed with risk and reliability.
• Partner closely with GTM on enablement, product marketing, and feedback loops.
• Ensure platform coherence across squads. Build shared IA, design system foundations, and product standards.
• Coach and grow a high-performing team of PMs and designers.

About you:
• 7+ years of product leadership experience, including as Head or VP of Product.
• Experience building and scaling AI-native products in production , including agent or LLM-adjacent systems.
• Proven ability to run a weekly shipping cadence across multiple product squads.
• Demonstrated ownership of retention and expansion outcomes, with clear examples of moving metrics through product changes.
• Deep experience with vertical SaaS and platform strategy (core objects, suite coherence).
• Strong product taste and user empathy, delivering simple, intuitive UX for operational users.
• Track record partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams to drive outcomes.
• Bonus: experience in fintech (payments, underwriting, reconciliation) or workflow-heavy SMB tools (construction, trades, field ops).
• Comfortable using modern tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, Copilot) and contributing lightweight code/prototypes.
