Head of Private Wealth & Institutional Business

At Moomoo Singapore, we are building the next generation investment platform across trading, investing, and wealth management.

We are looking for a strategic business leader to scale our Private Wealth and Institutional business across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is for someone who understands where wealth and investing are heading — not just where the industry has been.

You will drive growth across HNW, family office, EAM, and institutional segments, while building scalable teams, systems, partnerships, and client ecosystems in a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of the Private Wealth and Institutional business.
• Build and scale HNW, family office, EAM, and institutional client franchises across Singapore and SEA.
• Own business KPIs and OKRs across AUM, revenue, acquisition, engagement, and client retention.
• Lead multi-functional teams across sales, account management, partnerships, and solutions.
• Develop scalable business infrastructure, operating models, and growth systems.
• Partner closely with product, marketing, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver integrated client experiences.
• Drive strategic partnerships across the wealth, trading, and investment ecosystem.
• Represent the company across industry engagements, media, and strategic forums.
• Contribute thought leadership on investing, wealth trends, technology, and the future of financial services.
• Explore AI and technology applications to improve scalability, efficiency, and client experience.

Requirements:
Requirements

• Proven track record in building and scaling HNW and institutional businesses in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Strong experience across private wealth, brokerage, capital markets, fintech, or investment platforms.
• Deep understanding of trading, investing, wealth products, and multi-asset solutions.
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams and driving execution at scale.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and systems-oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of client acquisition, partnerships, and modern marketing channels.
• Comfortable operating in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong communication and external representation capabilities.
• Familiarity with HNW, family offices, EAMs and funds, trusts, or wealth structuring.
• Curiosity around AI, technology, and the evolution of digital wealth platforms is highly valued.
