We are looking for an experienced podcast producer to lead Gary Vaynerchuk’s podcast. Read carefully below for all details!

Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial Strategy & Guest Experience

• Host Partnership: Work 1-on-1 with our brand journalists to sharpen potential interview questions from the host. You’ll help research guests and formulate high-impact questions that bypass the "standard" talking points.

• Assist Talent Sourcing: Assist the guest acquisition process along with other talent sourcers. You should have experience being in communication with high profile guests.

2. Elite Technical Execution

• Audio Engineering: Oversee the entire signal chain. You should have an expert-level grasp of all things related to technical podcast production and video / audio set-up. Visual

• Storytelling: Manage multi-camera video setups. We need someone who understands lighting, color grading, and how to create a "cinematic" feel for digital platforms.Workflow

• Automation: Build and maintain a frictionless production pipeline, from IRL setup, recording, to final distribution.

3. Creative Post-Production & Growth

• Social first post-production: Execute & oversee creative edits—understand how to edit clips that will make videos go viral on social media.Analytics & Iteration: Monitor performance data to pivot strategies, improve retention rates, and grow the subscriber base.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience running successful podcasts, ideally with a focus on interview-style formats.

• Editorial Intuition: A "spidey-sense" for what makes a great story and the ability to coach hosts on their interview technique.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Audition/Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools).

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple shows simultaneously without missing a deadline or a detail.

• The "Ear": An uncompromising standard for audio quality. You hear the hums and clicks that others miss.

Location: NYC, 5 days a week in office with high potential of frequent travel

Base Salary
$75,000—$95,000 USD
