We are looking for a seasoned product leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a large-scale, data-first platform built for institutional and enterprise users. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and real-world operations, with a mandate to transform fragmented, complex workflows into scalable, AI-powered product solutions.
As the Head of Platform Product Strategy, you will own the evolution of a core platform that serves multiple industry verticals. You will partner closely with engineering, business leaders, and domain specialists to deliver measurable impact across adoption, efficiency, and decision-making outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Product Vision & Strategic Leadership
Own and communicate a clear long-term product vision (12–24 months) aligned with business and platform goals.
Define the core platform narrative—solving systemic inefficiencies caused by siloed data and manual operational processes.
Shape a unified platform strategy that supports multiple verticals such as agriculture, mining, power, and infrastructure.
Drive strategic decisions around platform capabilities including data ingestion, structuring, integration, analytics, monitoring, and decision intelligence.
Guide AI and ML investments, ensuring capabilities are practical, scalable, and deliver real operational value.
Roadmap & Execution Ownership
Lead quarterly and annual roadmap planning with a balance of customer needs, revenue priorities, and platform robustness.
Partner with leadership and vertical owners to align delivery responsibilities and timelines.
Make thoughtful trade-offs between innovation, scalability, and technical debt.
Define success metrics and track product performance, adoption, and platform health across verticals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the single point of alignment between business, engineering, domain experts, and customer-facing teams.
Translate complex institutional and operational requirements into clear, actionable product direction.
Participate in deal reviews and solution scoping to ensure product feasibility and long-term scalability.
Work closely with operations and customer success teams to monitor outcomes, usage, and customer impact.
Engage with external advisors and industry experts to inform vertical-specific product innovation.
Customer-Centric Product Development
Build deep relationships with institutional and enterprise customers through direct engagement and field interactions when required.
Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows, constraints, and decision-making structures.
Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and NPS through product enhancements.
Establish structured feedback mechanisms to ensure customer insights consistently influence product direction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or institution-focused technology products.
Proven ability to take products from early-stage concepts to mature, scaled platforms.
Experience working with large organizations, regulated industries, or government-style procurement environments.
Core Capabilities
Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand end-to-end data flows and operational ecosystems.
Solid intuition around data platforms and AI—what’s feasible, valuable, and scalable in real-world deployments.
High technical fluency with comfort reviewing architectures, trade-offs, and engineering plans.
Outcome-oriented mindset with clear ownership of business impact, adoption, and customer success.
Mindset & Culture
High ownership and comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to dive deep into complex institutional and operational challenges.
Mission-driven approach focused on creating meaningful, long-term impact.
Disciplined, lean approach to prioritization and execution.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-evolving, multi-stakeholder environments.
