Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational management of all plant, machinery, vehicles, and workshop functions supporting rail and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure asset availability, regulatory compliance, cost control, safety, and disciplined workforce management across depots and project sites.
- Lead preventive maintenance, asset management, and workshop operations to support project delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in plant & machinery management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large fleets of plant, machinery, and vehicles.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance, and accident claims.
