About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and scale our operations in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence across warehousing, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics while driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Execution

Lead end-to-end order fulfillment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.

Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.

Warehouse Management

Ensure high warehouse throughput, strong quality control, and optimized layout and processes.

Implement SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency and minimize errors.

Last Mile Operations

Drive last-mile delivery strategy to maximize delivery success rates and customer satisfaction.

Manage and optimize relationships with 3PL partners to enhance coverage and cost efficiency.

Recovery & Failed Deliveries

Own the performance of the recovery team handling failed deliveries.

Design and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce customer churn.

Inbound Operations

Manage inbound shipments and receiving processes from suppliers.

Optimize quality control and put away processes to reduce delays.

Returns & Reverse Logistics

Build and manage a seamless returns and reverse logistics framework.

Partner with customer support to improve the returns experience.

Process Optimization & Analytics

Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Track, analyze, and report on key operational KPIs with actionable insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product, Tech, Merchant Success, and Customer Care teams to support growth and scalability.

Contribute to product and system enhancements impacting operations.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferably in e-commerce).

Strong experience managing warehouses, last-mile delivery, and 3PLs.

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization.

Experience in the Saudi market is a strong plus.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup between Cairo and Riyadh.
