As the Head of Omnichannel Development Directorate, you will be Responsible for driving seamless customer experiences, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing the Bank’s digital banking offerings to align with evolving customer expectations and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development Standards & Engineering Culture
• Establish and implement software development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
• Promote a sustainable, high-quality engineering culture.
• Release Management & Optimization
• Plan and manage the release cycle, including testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with development, QA, support, and business teams to minimize release risks.
• Technology Integration & Innovation
• Research and implement modern technologies to enhance system efficiency.
• Lead migrations to modern tech stacks and add new features to omnichannel solutions.
• Collaboration on New Products
• Gather business requirements and co-develop architectural solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical implementation.
• Technical & Infrastructure Expertise
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, DevOps, containerization, and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with banking products and infrastructure constraints.
• Banking & Payments Experience
• Experience with Core Banking Systems and payment platforms (e.g., Tieto, UZCARD, HUMO).
• Understanding of account structures, transaction processes, and payment integrations.
