Sanction Scanner — 3x Deloitte Fast 50 Winner — is an AI-powered RegTech company helping 800+ financial institutions worldwide with sanctions screening and AML compliance. We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own our marketing function end-to-end and build the growth engine that takes us to the next stage.
This is a growth-first role. You'll own the full funnel — from how prospects find us to how they convert, expand, and stay. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll turn marketing into a predictable, measurable growth machine across Europe, MENA and US.

📋 What You'll Be Doing
• Own growth. Build and scale a growth engine across paid, SEO, content, email, and lifecycle — obsessed with pipeline, CAC, LTV, and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
• Drive demand. Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across Europe, MENA and US.
• Run experiments. Design, launch, and measure growth experiments weekly. Double down on what works, kill what doesn't, move on.
• Own content & SEO. Turn content into a compounding growth channel — blog, LinkedIn, case studies, thought leadership — all engineered for search and conversion.
• Measure everything. Set up the reporting, dashboards, and attribution to know exactly what's driving pipeline — and act on it fast.
• Partner with sales. Work closely with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline generation — and make sure every MQL converts.
• Shape the brand. Define how we look, sound, and feel — because in B2B, brand is the quietest but most powerful growth lever.
• Build the team. Start hands-on, then hire and grow a marketing team as pipeline scales.
Requirements:
• 🎯 What We're Looking For
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
• Proven growth track record — you've turned marketing budgets into real, measurable pipeline.
• Deep fluency across paid (Google, LinkedIn), SEO, content, email, and lifecycle marketing.
• Data-driven to the core — comfortable with analytics, attribution, and making every decision from data.
• Experiment mindset — you test, measure, learn, and move fast.
• Strong brand and content instincts — you know great copy and positioning when you see it.
• Hands-on operator who can execute today and build a team tomorrow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Experience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries is a plus.
