About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing Platform Engineering — a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role at the very heart of Fever’s growth engine.

Our marketing platform enables us to run campaigns at unprecedented scale for thousands of partners worldwide. You will lead the engineering team building the backbone of our marketing optimization stack: from creative generation and optimization, to AI-driven budget allocation, to data pipelines ingesting real-time signals from the world’s largest ad networks.

You’ll work closely with leaders in Data (ML, Data Science, Data Engineering) and critical business units like Growth and Acquisitions. This is a role for a builder and a strategist: you will own the systems that power hundreds of millions of impressions, shape the internal tools used by our teams, and directly influence Fever’s global revenue trajectory.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Scale the Team
Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering team. Define technical direction, set ambitious goals, and cultivate a culture of speed, ownership, and innovation.

• Own the Platform End-to-End
Oversee architecture and implementation of:

• Real-time data collection from ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, X, and more).

• Optimization pipelines for creatives and budgets, powered by AI and advanced algorithms.

• Internal tools for campaign management, experimentation, and transparency.

• AI-powered assistants to streamline campaign design and execution.

• Ensure Scale & Reliability
Build systems that can handle billions of impressions and thousands of simultaneous campaigns, with reliability, adaptability, and speed.

• Collaborate Across Functions
Partner with ML scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge models into the platform and maximize impact.

• Shape the Roadmap
Anticipate shifts in advertising platforms (API changes, privacy regulations, new formats) and ensure Fever’s platform remains at the forefront.

About You

• Proven Engineering Leader with 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ in leadership roles in high-growth, high-scale contexts.

• AdTech/MarTech Expertise: experience building or scaling systems that interact with major advertising APIs. Meta Ads familiarity is a strong plus.

• Technical Depth: strong background in backend engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale data pipelines. Python expertise preferred; open to other stacks where appropriate.

• AI/Optimization Fluency: exposure to algorithmic budget allocation, recommendation systems, or applied ML in marketing contexts.

• Builder DNA: track record of taking complex platforms from 0→1 and scaling them globally.

• Talent Magnet: proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

• Cross-Functional Communicator: skilled at aligning engineers, data scientists, and business leaders around a shared product vision.
