As Head of Marketing Excellence, you are the architect of this transformation. You’ll shape the frameworks, capabilities, and mindset that power breakthrough brand building - ensuring every team, every market, and every campaign reflects our creative ambition, strategic discipline, and purpose-led DNA.
This is a role for a visionary builder - someone who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. You’ll turn marketing into a growth engine and marketers into the next generation of brand leaders.
Your Mission Objectives:
Build a High-Performance Marketing Engine
• Design the systems and frameworks that define marketing excellence across Europe.
• Architect and embed world-class marketing processes, playbooks, and decision frameworks.
• Drive operational clarity - removing friction, unlocking speed, and scaling what works.
• Lead the evolution of our marketing tech, AI, and automation ecosystem to enable smarter, faster execution.
Champion Consumer-Obsessed Growth
• Put the consumer - and their evolving needs - at the center of every decision.
• Ensure consumer insights are continuously translated into empathy and action.
• Ensure every brand experience feels personal, relevant, and meaningful.
• Embed tools and rituals that make consumer-centric thinking a non-negotiable part of how Flora markets.
Make Data & AI the Drivers of Creative Impact
• Elevate marketing from art and instinct to insight and precision.
• Champion performance marketing and predictive analytics to inform smarter decisions.
• Create a single source of truth - harmonizing data, dashboards, and KPIs across the organization.
• Use AI to enhance creativity, optimize campaigns in real time, and forecast demand and engagement.

• Partner with agencies to raise the bar on creative effectiveness and consistency across markets.
Lead with Measurement & Continuous Learning
• Create a learning culture that turns results into breakthroughs.
• Define clear success metrics and measure impact relentlessly.
• Lead post - campaign learning forums to codify what works - and scale it.
• Recognize and celebrate excellence across markets to continuously elevate standards.
So, what does it take to be successful?
• 15+ years in marketing excellence, brand leadership within global CPG or similar sectors.
• Proven record leading marketing transformation and capability building at scale.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital media, and creative development.
• Strong ability to navigate matrixed, global environments and influence diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of modern media strategy and performance metrics.
• Passion for developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
