The Role:

The Head of MaintainX.Org will lead the development and execution of MaintainX’s social impact and education initiative focused on training the next generation of frontline workers. This individual will design and implement the strategic vision for MaintainX.org, building partnerships with universities, trade schools, and nonprofits to bridge the workforce skills gap through education and technology. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, this leader will operate autonomously to build the program from the ground up — shaping its strategy, establishing partnerships, and demonstrating measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

• Define the overall vision and roadmap for MaintainX.Org, aligning it with MaintainX’s mission and workforce development goals.

• Design and launch programs with universities, trade schools, and nonprofits to train future frontline workers using MaintainX technology.

• Identify, establish, and manage collaborations with academic institutions, industry partners, and community organizations.

• Manage day-to-day activities, including partner onboarding, budget oversight, and project execution to ensure sustainable growth.

• Track, analyze, and communicate the program’s outcomes, highlighting success metrics and return on investment.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to amplify program visibility and showcase MaintainX’s commitment to workforce development.

About you:

• Proven success leading or building educational, CSR, or workforce development programs within a technology or SaaS company.

• Experience creating new initiatives from concept to execution, with strong ownership and autonomy.

• Track record of developing and managing strategic relationships with universities, trade schools, nonprofits, or government partners.

• Skilled in managing budgets, cross-functional teams, and multi-stakeholder projects.

• Highly personable and articulate, comfortable representing the organization in webinars, conferences, and partner discussions.

• Passionate about workforce enablement, education, and social impact, with a strong understanding of the incentives and ecosystem in this space.
