Job Description
Properstar connects real estate buyers, renters and agents, here and everywhere. Buyers and renters find their next home with us, locally or across borders. Agents reach them in countries they couldn't otherwise sell into, in languages they don't speak.
Our Product & Marketing department grows the brand and our footprint. Small team, no fluff. We acquire new users, nurture them, qualify them, turn them into customers. We believe in a new way of working, where AI is fundamental: you direct, you don't execute.
About the job
Our model is simple. We partner with real estate CRMs to publish agents' listings on Properstar for free. From there, the work begins. We turn signed-up agents into active ones, active ones into engaged ones, engaged ones into paying customers. That whole journey is yours.
You own the lifecycle of B2B agents end to end: activation, engagement, qualification, upgrade. HubSpot is your cockpit. Workflows, scoring, segmentation, automation, MQL-to-SQL handoff. You design it, you ship it, you measure it. You also own the two channels that feed and accelerate the lifecycle: partnerships with real estate CRMs, and events.
You'll lead a team of 3. You report to the CPO.
What you'll do
Own the agent lifecycle from first sign-up to paying customer. Activation, engagement, qualification, upgrade. Every stage, every trigger, every drop-off.
Run HubSpot like an operator. Workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, properties, segments, deduping. Clean data in, clear signals out.
Build the MQL-to-SQL machine. Define the scoring, tune the thresholds, hand off the right leads at the right moment, close the loop with sales.
Ship lifecycle campaigns that move the numbers. Nurture flows, re-engagement, upgrade prompts, churn saves. Across markets, across languages.
Own partnerships with real estate CRMs. Pipeline, negotiation, integration, activation. This is how new agents come in. Make it bigger and better.
Own events. Pick the right ones, show up sharp, follow up faster than anyone. Turn handshakes into pipeline.
Build the playbooks. Encode them as Claude skills so the team and the agents can run them.
Lead the team. Three people today. Set the direction, raise the bar, unblock them, ship together.
Talk to customers. Look at the data yourself. Bring back what you learn.
What we're looking for
Lifecycle expertise. You've built lifecycle programs that actually moved retention, engagement, or revenue. You understand cohorts, triggers, scoring, segmentation. Not as buzzwords, as daily tools.
HubSpot, deep. You've architected HubSpot, not just used it. Workflows, custom properties, scoring, integrations, reporting. You know its limits and how to work around them. CRM fluency in general is non-negotiable.
Marketplace or freemium background. You've worked the funnel where users come in for free and you have to earn the paid conversion. You know the mechanics of activation, habit formation, and upgrade triggers in that model.
Track record. You've grown lifecycle metrics meaningfully in a multi-country, multi-language setup. Real numbers, real graph. Show us.
Deep AI fluency. Claude is your daily driver, in Cowork and Code. You've built skills, you know how to orchestrate agents, you can tell us what you automated this month. "Open to AI" doesn't pass the bar. You're already operating that way.
Data-driven. Data doesn't lie. You obsess over optimization, you hack the funnel, you measure what matters and ignore what doesn't.
Hands-on. You write the workflows, watch the dashboards, talk to the partners, run the events. No layers between you and the work. If you came up presenting other people's results in PowerPoint, this won't fit.
Craft. You notice details that matter. You can tell a nurture flow that converts apart from one that just looks busy.
Judgment. You can decide with incomplete information. You don't wait for an A/B test to know what's good. Taste, customer insight, and reasoning beat dashboards.
Ownership. You take a problem from brief to result. No handoffs. Small team, full stack.
Leadership. You manage three people today. You raise the bar without micromanaging. You make your team better and faster, including by giving them the AI tools to do it.
Clarity. You explain things simply. You don't hide weak ideas behind charts. You respect other people's time.
What we don't care about
Where your degree is from. Bachelor preferred, not required. Track record beats papers.
How polished your LinkedIn is. We read what you've shipped.
Whether you've worked at a brand we recognize. The best operators we've met came from companies you haven't heard of.
Logistics
Remote. Anywhere within +/- 3h of CET.
Type: Full-time, permanent contractor.
What we offer
A lifecycle to own with real leverage. No committees, no hand-holding.
A team of three already shipping, ready to be led well.
The AI stack you'd struggle to assemble elsewhere. Claude (Cowork and Code), Mixpanel, HubSpot. All paid for, all yours.
A title with weight. You report to the CPO in a flat hierarchy that values ownership.
Competitive comp aligned with your market.
