• entwickelst und führst du das ICT Project Management Office (PMO) als zentrale Steuerungsinstanz für Projekte, Programme und das IT-Projektportfolio

• verantwortest du die operative Steuerung und Priorisierung von IT- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen in enger Abstimmung mit CIO und den Business-Stakeholdern

• definierst und etablierst du verbindliche Standards, Methoden und Entscheidungsprozesse für Projekt-, Programm- und Portfoliomanagement

• stellst du Transparenz über Zielbeiträge, Business-Nutzen, Abhängigkeiten, Ressourcen, Budgets sowie den Fortschritt der Initiativen sicher und etablierst klare KPI- und Reportingstrukturen

• verantwortest du den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Governance inklusive Rollen, Gremien, Entscheidungswegen sowie Demand- und Ressourcenmanagement

• verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung der IT‑weiten Prozesslandschaft sowie die Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von IT‑ und geschäftsnahen Prozessen
