Head of IT

The Head of IT at Suitsupply will oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that all IT systems support the organization’s goals and operations. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on management of IT projects, including infrastructure development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, a strong understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with Suitsupply’s business objectives and growth plans.

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance business operations, customer experiences, and overall efficiency.

• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.

• Monitor and optimize IT systems performance, addressing any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software systems, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and protocols to protect the organization’s data and systems.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

• Oversee the procurement and management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs, ensuring technology solutions support business goals.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) is a plus.

• Extensive experience in IT management of Stores, with a proven track record of leading IT teams and managing complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software systems.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
