Mission:
The Head of Human Resources will serve as a key member of the MENA Leadership Team, building and scaling a high-performance, values-driven organization that enables sustainable growth across the region. The role will oversee all aspects of the people function, including organizational design, employee experience, performance management, compensation, learning and development, culture, and compliance, while partnering closely with leadership and global teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.
Required Qualifications:
•
Saudi
•
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR roles in high-growth, multinational organizations
•
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related
•
Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the MENA region
•
Experience building HR infrastructure and processes in scaling environments
•
Strong organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching capabilities
•
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•
Fluent in English and Arabic
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; uses data and metrics to inform decisions
•
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
•
Strong alignment with Flow values, particularly Grow, Ship Now and Act Like an Owner
Responsibilities:
Organizational & People Strategy
•
Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent priorities aligned with company objectives
•
Lead organizational design initiatives to support scale, efficiency, and accountability
Performance Management & Development
•
Operationalize performance review frameworks, goal-setting processes, and leadership development programs
•
Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, succession planning, and team effectiveness
Employee Experience & Culture
•
Strengthen employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and internal communication
•
Ensure company values and leadership behaviors are embedded into day-to-day operations and people practices
Compensation & Benefits
•
Partner with Finance and leadership on compensation benchmarking, incentive design, and workforce budgeting
•
Oversee benefits administration and ensure competitiveness within regional markets
HR Operations & Compliance
•
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, Saudization and Emiratisation requirements, employment contracts, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
•
Oversee HR systems, employee records, reporting, and operational processes across the employee lifecycle
HR Systems & Process Improvement
•
Improve HR infrastructure, workflows, policies, and automation capabilities to support scale and operational efficiency
•
Leverage HR analytics and technology to improve decision-making and organizational insight
Team Leadership
•
Build and mentor the HR team while establishing scalable operating standards, SLAs, and leadership expectations
•
Create “first-principles” playbooks for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle operations
