Properstar connects real estate buyers, renters and agents, here and everywhere. Buyers and renters find their next home with us, locally or across borders. Agents reach them in countries they couldn't otherwise sell into, in languages they don't speak.
Our Product & Marketing department grows the brand and our footprint. Small team, no fluff. We acquire new users, nurture them, qualify them, turn them into customers. We believe in a new way of working, where AI is fundamental: you direct, you don't execute.
About the job
You own paid and organic acquisition end to end. Strategy, channel mix, budget, measurement, vendors, creative direction. You grow it across our markets, in multiple languages, with efficiency that earns its place.
What you'll do
Crack SEO at scale. We're in many markets, in many languages. Make us rank where it matters.
Ship pSEO that compounds. Templated pages, structured data, content programs that make every listing pull its weight in Google.
Develop a solid Meta strategy to diversify our acquisition mix beyond Google.
Build the playbooks. Encode them as Claude skills so the team and the agents can run them.
Decide where we play. We can't be everywhere. Pick the channels that matter, kill the ones that don't.
Brief, review, iterate. Agents handle production. You handle the thinking.
Own the funnel from impression to paid agent. Work hand in hand with the PMs on conversion and lifecycle.
Talk to customers. Look at the data yourself. Bring back what you learn.
What we're looking for
Track record. You've grown organic and paid channels meaningfully in a multi-country, multi-language setup. Real numbers, real graph. Show us.
Deep AI fluency. Claude is your daily driver, in Cowork and Code. You've built skills, you know how to orchestrate agents, you can tell us what you automated this month. "Open to AI" doesn't pass the bar. You're already operating that way.
Data-driven. Data doesn't lie. You obsess over optimization, you hack the system, you measure what matters and ignore what doesn't.
Hands-on. You write the briefs, watch the dashboards, talk to the agency, ship the campaigns. No layers between you and the work. If you came up presenting other people's results in PowerPoint, this won't fit.
Craft. You notice details that matter. You can tell a campaign that converts apart from one that just looks busy.
Judgment. You can decide with incomplete information. You don't wait for an A/B test to know what's good. Taste, customer insight, and reasoning beat dashboards.
Ownership. You take a problem from brief to result. No handoffs. Small team, full stack.
Clarity. You explain things simply. You don't hide weak ideas behind charts. You respect other people's time.
What we don't care about
Where your degree is from. Bachelor preferred, not required. Track record beats papers.
How polished your LinkedIn is. We read what you've shipped.
Whether you've worked at a brand we recognize. The best operators we've met came from companies you haven't heard of.
