In 2025, Upright is demonstrating what the AI transformation looks like in sustainability:
We’ve just launched the sustainability data market’s first-ever self-serve SaaS product, enabling anyone to assess a company’s science-based impact, and the big early traction shows we’re solving a real need. Now we’re looking for a marketer who wants to shape what product-led growth looks like in this space from the start – while also scaling our enterprise business with C-suite leaders at some of the world’s most influential companies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES::
• Owning and executing Upright’s growth marketing strategy end-to-end, working closely with marketing and comms colleagues, product, and sales.
• Running AI-driven growth experiments and maintaining a strong test-and-learn mindset, continually exploring new automations, tools, and content formats.
• Owning the performance analytics foundation and making sure marketing choices are guided by clear, reliable data.
• Depending on your background, you may also own HubSpot, making sure our marketing automation and CRM work smoothly and our data is clean and useful.

SIGNS OF BEING A GREAT MATCH FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE::
• Proven experience in building growth through marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech, or other high-growth environments (B2B/B2C).
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and content
• Strong autonomy and multitasking skills, with the ability to own and execute growth initiatives
• Attention to detail and quality across all marketing materials, with excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Agile, forward-thinking mindset, adaptable to the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape
