Job Description
Our client is a business intelligence platform for Web3 ecosystems and is looking for a Head of Growth. Our client is hiring its first Go-To-Market professional to work directly with the founders, owning the full revenue cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closing and account expansion.
Responsibilities:
Sales (50%)
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Build relationships with ecosystem leaders at top L1/L2 and stablecoin protocols
• Run structured sales sprints targeting high-fit accounts
• Develop repeatable sales processes and playbooks
• Close initial 10-20 lighthouse customers (we already have our first 2!)
• Establish pricing and packaging based on customer feedback
Marketing (40%)
• Create content that builds trust and demonstrates expertise
• Execute the Gravity Sales methodology: consistent educational content (inspire + educate) paired with tactical sales sprints and fun products (“Gravity Products”)
• Own the marketing pipeline from ideation through to delivery, also supporting founder led marketing
• Build organic attraction through teaching, not pitching
• Track content performance and double down on what resonates
• Develop case studies and proof points from early customers
Strategy (10%)
• Define ideal customer profiles based on early wins and losses
• Build feedback loops between customer conversations and product
• Establish success metrics and reporting cadence
• Lay groundwork for future team hires
Requirements:
• 5+ years in B2B sales in SaaS or Web3, with at least 2 years selling to enterprise buyers
• Proven track record carrying quota in an early-stage environment
• Experience building sales processes from scratch (you've been the first or second sales hire)
• Comfortable with $25K-$100K+ ACV deals with 3-6 month sales cycles
You understand Web3
• You know the difference between L1s, L2s, and infrastructure protocols
• You understand how ecosystem teams operate and what they care about
• You can speak credibly to technical and business buyers in crypto
• You've worked in Web3 or have deep crypto ecosystem connections
You can create content that sells without selling
• You can write and produce video content that teaches and builds authority
• You understand the Gravity Sales methodology: attract through expertise, convert through sprints
• You're comfortable being the face of the brand (alongside founders)
• You know how to turn customer problems into compelling stories
