It currently operates in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France, Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. It is backed (~$200M in funding) by VCs from Silicon Valley, Europe and other parts of the world.
We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Building on this infrastructure, we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay, save and borrow digitally.

Le/La Head of Growth définit et exécute la stratégie de croissance en pilotant le Business Plan, les initiatives de growth et le plan commercial. Il/elle manage une équipe d’analystes pour suivre la performance, atteindre les objectifs et activer des leviers correctifs basés sur la data. En collaboration avec les équipes cross-fonctionnelles, il/elle optimise les parcours, pilote des projets complexes et améliore en continu les process et outils.


Missions : :
• Participer à l’élaboration du Business Plan avec les reviews périodiques.

• Élaborer les playbooks stratégiques incluant des initiatives de growth pour chaque partie prenante.

• Diriger le plan commercial et jouer un rôle actif dans la définition et l’exécution de la stratégie.

• Gérer une équipe de Product/ category analyste pour assurer un monitoring en temps réel des performances quotidienne pour atteindre les Targets et apporter les actions correctives.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du projet (commercial, marketing, opérations, Data science, MI, product, digital…) permettant la prise de décision, l’optimisation du parcours client/partenaire, la résolution de problèmes et assurant l’exécution.

• Diriger des opérations commerciales massives et complexes et des initiatives de gestions de projets, en coordonnant les initiatives inter fonctionnelles.

• Travailler constamment à l’amélioration et à la simplification des outils et process.


Profil : :
• Licence, master, ingénieur et plus en sciences commerciales, gestion, économie, contrôle de gestion, marketing, recherche opérationnelle, statistique ou toute autre spécialité équivalente et ayant un penchant pour la communication et le digital ;

• Expérience de 3 ans dans un poste ou fonction similaire ;

• Un MBA serait un plus.

• Maîtrise des techniques des résolus de problèmes

• Être en interaction avec de nombreux acteurs internes tels que le service marketing, le service commercial de l’entreprise ;

• Savoir diriger une équipe

• Aisance parfaite à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
