Job Description

As a Head of Global Sales you will play a critical role in leading our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in software product sales, a robust network within the UAE forex and finance industry, and the ability to operate autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment. 

 

You will: 

Develop and implement a global sales strategy. 

Lead, manage and scale a multi-regional sales team. 

Identify and open new markets, client segments and partnership opportunities to drive business expansion. 

Work closely with marketing, compliance, product, and customer support to ensure a holistic and compliant sales approach. 

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive. 

Report regularly to the management on sales performance, opportunities and challenges. 

Ensure sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 

Maintain a strong understanding of global FX markets, trading platforms and client behaviour. 

Requirements: 

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FX or Financial Services industry in the UAE. 

Experience in leading international sales teams and expanding into MENA markets. 

Results-oriented go getter with a hands-on approach.  

High level of business acumen and strategic thinking. 

Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines. 

Arabic is preferred

At least 2 years minimum tenure as Head of Sales/Country Manager or Senior Sales within the brokerage in the UAE
