The Role

We are creating the Global Operations function from the ground up. The Global Head of Operations will design the operating model, revenue management framework, metrics, systems and rituals that will allow SAMY to scale intelligently, profitably and consistently across geographies.

This is a hands-on builder role with global strategic reach: you will shape how SAMY understands revenue, productivity, contribution margins, client profitability, capacity, and operational efficiency. You will partner deeply with Finance, People (Global Staffing), Tech/Product, and Global Service Heads across Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Partnerships and more.

You will report to the Chief Operations & Excellence Officer (COSO) globally.

You will set the foundations of how SAMY works.

What You’ll Lead & Build

Operational Intelligence, Revenue Management & Productivity Framework

• Design and implement SAMY’s global productivity model: utilization, billability, efficiency levers and predictive staffing needs.

• Build SAMY’s revenue management framework, ensuring data integrity across revenue, net revenue, delivery costs and EBITDA in partnership with Finance

• Establish clear definitions and governance for contribution margins and P&L visibility at client, project and service-line levels.

• Turn raw time and cost data into smart, actionable insights that inform pricing, capacity, revenue forecasting and profitability decisions.

Client & Project Margin Foundations

• Build and maintain global frameworks for pricing, tariffs, and service-level benchmarks across all service lines.

• Partner with Global Finance to link contribution margins with P&L, revenue, net revenue, and EBITDA reporting.

• Provide visibility into what drives margin differences across markets, services, and client types — informing strategic decisions.

• Align with global Service Heads to adapt pricing, operational models, and margin targets as services evolve.

Global Operational Excellence & Culture

• Identify inefficiencies and operational risks across 20+ markets; design global solutions that scale.

• Shape SAMY’s operational playbook: workflows, quality gates, reporting cadences, KPIs, and accountability models.

• Embed a culture of operational rigor that still respects creativity and speed — ensuring process strengthens, rather than slows, our creative DNA.

• Drive adoption and discipline across teams and markets, in partnership with the People team, ensuring changes protect SAMY’s cultural strength, avoiding over-monetization/friction, and fosters trust and clarity.

Technology & Automation Vision

• Co-own the systems roadmap with Tech: timesheet tech, revenue management tools, automation of reporting, AI-enabled operational intelligence.

• Ensure data flows are consistent, automated and fully integrated with Finance, Staffing, and Delivery processes.

• Build the foundation for a scalable operational intelligence platform powering real-time insights.

Leadership & Influence

• Report directly to the Chief Operations & Excellence Officer and collaborate with the Executive Team.

• Partner closely with Service Heads to align pricing, contribution margins, project delivery & operating models and operational targets.

• Provide clarity, influence, and alignment across markets with empathy and authority.

• Build and mentor a small, high-impact global operations team as the function scales (functional/dotted line reporting)

What We’re Looking For

• A builder with senior experience scaling operations in creative, consulting, digital, or tech environments.

• Strong command of revenue management, commercial frameworks, contribution margin modeling, and end-to-end P&L logic.

• Expert at timesheet systems, operational KPIs, utilization modeling, capacity forecasting, and business analytics.

• Proven success implementing operational processes across multiple markets.

• Able to navigate ambiguity, design systems from zero, and land global change with empathy.

• Strong cross-functional communicator who can influence creative, finance, and product/tech stakeholders equally.

• A global mindset and comfort with cultural diversity across 20+ geographies.
