Head of Finance

We are looking for a Head of Finance to act as the right hand of the General Manager, driving financial performance, co-owning the P&L, and ensuring sustainable growth.

You will be the architect of financial decision-making, transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring execution of all financial operations, and supporting strategy implementation across the country.

This is a leadership role with significant exposure to both regional and HQ stakeholders and will position you as a key player for future growth 

 

THE JOURNEY:

• Act as the General Manager’s strategic partner in high-stakes decisions, influencing all business functions.

• Drive short and long-term profitability, ensuring initiatives are grounded in financial logic.

• Own the financial execution — forecasting, free cash flow, budgeting, and ensuring accounting/billing accuracy.

• Lead the treasury function and manage relationships with banks, PSPs, tax authorities, and partners.

• Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Commercial, Marketing, etc.) to align execution with financial priorities.

• Lead a Finance team of 4, guiding and mentoring top talent.

• Ensure continuous P&L optimization through actionable insights and financial modeling.

• Act as a culture carrier and leader, supporting the Country Leadership Team in its mission to “win the market.”

• 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and P&L ownership.

• Track record of driving financial performance and working with advanced financial models.

• Strategic mindset with ability to translate complexity into clear levers of growth and profitability.

• Strong experience in team leadership and talent development.

• Advanced analytical skills and ability to present quantitative data with clarity.

• E-commerce / Delivery industry experience preferred.

• Hands-on, autonomous, and resilient, thriving in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• External: Proven experience of working with external partners and governmental authorities to align on strategic initiatives and ensure seamless collaboration

• Internal: You’re an expert on managing stakeholders, working with peers, and leveraging other teams aspiring to do what’s best for the company

• Highly organised and detail-oriented approach, you are able to maintain and deliver on time multiple project simultaneously
