Als Head of Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Aufbau unserer gruppenweiten Steuerungsfunktion. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CFO Tom zusammen und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung von Group Controlling / FP&A, Reporting & KPI-Framework sowie die Steuerung unserer Tochtergesellschaften. Deine Aufgaben:

• Steuerung & Performance

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer gruppenweiten FP&A-Funktion

• Verantwortung für Budget-, Forecast- und Reporting-Prozesse

• Entwicklung klarer KPI-Frameworks zur Steuerung der Gesellschaften

• Analyse und Steuerung der Performance unserer Tochtergesellschaften

• Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Profitabilität und Effizienz

• Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführungen und Management

• Verantwortung für Management-, Investoren- und Banken-Reporting

• Aufbau & Skalierung

• Aufbau skalierbarer Reporting- und Steuerungsstrukturen

• Weiterentwicklung von Systemen (z. B. BI, Reporting Tools)

• Führung und Ausbau des Finance-Teams

• Unterstützung bei M&A-Prozessen

• Integration neuer Gesellschaften in die Steuerungslogik

• Post-Merger-Tracking und Performance-Steuerung

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit:

• lokalen Stakeholder

• Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern

• Management und C-Level
