We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Finance to lead financial reporting, MIS, compliance, and IPO-aligned documentation for a rapidly growing renewable energy organization with a turnover exceeding ₹350+ Crores. This is a strategic leadership role requiring close collaboration with senior management, auditors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders. The position focuses on strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing reporting systems, and ensuring financial discipline in preparation for a strategic IPO. You will manage a team of five finance professionals while driving structured financial planning, compliance excellence, and performance insights to support business growth.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reporting with accurate and timely financial insights
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare board-level reports, financial summaries, and management presentations
• Support IPO readiness through structured documentation, financial controls, and governance alignment
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, ROC filings, audits, and other applicable laws
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless reporting and compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting frameworks
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators
• Mentor, guide, and supervise a team of 5 finance professionals to maintain operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5+ years of post-qualification industry experience
• Strong expertise in MIS, financial reporting, compliance, and financial analysis
• Experience working in structured corporate or high-growth environments
• Exposure to IPO preparation or capital market processes preferred
• Strong drafting, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into strategic insights
• Experience handling audits and coordinating with regulatory stakeholders
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• High attention to detail with strong governance and compliance orientation
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management confidently
