Role Description:
The Operations Expansion Senior Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our logistics network by leading operational expansion projects, opening new Hubs locations, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational readiness across new markets. This role ensures that expansion initiatives are executed efficiently, aligned with business goals, and maintain the highest standards of service quality and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities :
• Leads Bosta’s national growth by planning, launching, and standardizing all new operational facilities across the network. The role oversees the full expansion lifecycle, from assessing locations and designing hub layouts to coordinating construction, setup, and operational readiness.
• Develops the frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs that guide how hubs are opened, relocated, or upgraded, ensuring every site meets Bosta’s operational, financial, and quality standards.
• Manages a specialized team and works closely with Operations, Planning, Commercial, Real Estate, Finance, and People to ensure seamless execution.
• Responsible for building scalable, efficient, and compliant facilities that enhance service quality, reduce costs, and support Bosta’s long-term growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end expansion projects for new hubs, from planning to launch.
• Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and cost assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and cost efficiency during expansion phases.
• Implement best practices in last-mile delivery, sorting, and warehousing operations.
• Coordinate with Admin, Procurement and Operations to prepare facilities, equipment, and staffing.
• Build timelines and ensure all tasks are completed before go-live.
• Report progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve expansion processes to enable faster and more efficient launches

Qualifications & Experiences :
• +10 years of experience in operations, expansion, project management, logistics, or similar roles.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple hubs at once.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data for planning.
• Willingness to travel across Egypt frequently
