1. Architectural Stewardship: Drive the long-term technical direction for our high-traffic microservices. You will ensure our backend systems set the industry benchmark for observability, performance, and financial-grade security.
2. Strategic Orchestration: Serve as the vital link between C-suite objectives and engineering execution. You will manage complex stakeholder expectations, resource allocation, and the technical roadmap for our Digital Bank.
3. Talent Alchemy: You are a "Leader of Leaders." Through sophisticated coaching and mentorship, you will cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, technical excellence, and professional growth.
4. Operational Maturity: Refine engineering processes to increase innovation throughput. You will identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks, ensuring the organization maintains "Blitzscaling" speed without compromising stability.
Requirements:
You are a tech-native leader who has successfully navigated the complexities of large-scale distributed environments.
• Technical Governance: Authoritative knowledge of modern system design and distributed state management. You are skilled at navigating the complexities of large-scale backend environments, ensuring that our Java/Go services and SQL layers are architectured for maximum durability and sub-millisecond performance.
• System Design Mastery: Well-versed in the trade-offs of event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and the orchestration of complex asynchronous workflows in a regulated financial environment.
• The Track Record: 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing multiple teams in a high-concurrency environment (e.g., 30M+ transactions/users).
• Leadership Gravitas: Proven experience building and scaling engineering organizations of 30-60+ people. You lead through empowerment and technical credibility, not through hierarchy.
The Communicator: Fluent in English. You can translate a complex architectural risk into a business-level decision for the Board of Directors.
