As Head of the Dashboard Team, you’ll lead, grow and work hands-on with a multidisciplinary team building Yuno’s dashboard experience the interface our customers and internal teams rely on every day to monitor payments, routing, and insights.

🟣 Your challenge at Yuno

• Lead, mentor and grow the Dashboard Team, including frontend, backend and design professionals.
• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of Yuno’s Dashboard — from UX/UI design to backend integration and data visualization.
• Be hands-on in architecture, coding and reviewing pull requests to ensure high-quality, performant and secure applications.
• Partner closely with Product, Data and Operations teams to define requirements, KPIs and priorities for dashboard features.
• Set and enforce best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD and observability for dashboard components.
• Champion usability and performance of the dashboard to deliver a world-class user experience to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback and analytics to inform new iterations and roadmap decisions.

🟣 Skills you need

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years leading teams (preferably in frontend or full-stack).
• Deep hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and strong understanding of backend technologies (Node, Golang, Java/Kotlin).
• Proven track record of building and scaling dashboards or complex user-facing web applications.
• Strong skills in designing APIs and integrating with data sources or analytics layers.
• Experience with unit testing, E2E testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Spanish & English.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading cross-functional squads, including designers and data specialists.
• Familiarity with SCRUM and agile delivery practices.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), Docker, and DevOps best practices.
• Understanding of fintech, payments, or high-availability transactional systems.
