This is an exceptional opportunity for a long-term, enterprise-minded leader who is energized by the challenge of building durable, high-impact operations. The business is progressing complex, large-scale energy and resource assets through innovative development and extraction strategies. Supported by a multi-asset portfolio and a patient investment mandate, the organization is purpose-built to create sustained value for its industry, surrounding communities, and the broader energy landscape.

• University degree required; executive-level training would be considered an asset
• Industry background in energy, oil, mining, gas, pipeline operations, refining, or related sectors
• Strong large-project execution experience, including comfort managing multi-stakeholder programs from early scoping and permitting through to operations
• Entrepreneurial and builder-oriented mindset, with the ability to create structure and momentum where little currently exists
