Head of Digital Marketing

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing strategy across all channels, including SEO, paid ads, programmatic, e-commerce, and partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Own and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on testing, scaling, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with branding, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What We Expect From You

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with experience in building and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Deep technical knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, tools, and analytics.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that improve ROI and ROAS.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and/or marketing automation tools.
• Solid experience in budget planning, management, and optimization.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• High adaptability in a fast-changing digital environment and evolving consumer behaviour landscape.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable impact, growth, and continuous improvement.
