We’re looking for a Head of Digital Growth to own and scale online revenue across all digital channels. This role sits at the center of acquisition, retention, and conversion—building a cohesive, full-funnel growth engine that drives measurable impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not just strategy. You’ll be expected to actively execute, test, and optimize across channels while identifying the highest-leverage opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
Own Growth Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across the customer journey
• Build and manage an experimentation roadmap focused on revenue growth
• Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning initiatives
Channel Ownership
• Own performance across paid media, email/SMS lifecycle, and onsite conversion
• Ensure strong alignment between acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts
• Optimize performance across the entire customer lifecycle
Data & Performance
• Track and analyze key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance
• Translate data into actionable insights and experiments
Collaboration & Execution
• Partner closely with teams across email, ecommerce, and creative
• Support hands-on execution across growth initiatives when needed
• Help build and guide the growth function as the team scales
What Success Looks Like
• Scalable, repeatable growth across acquisition and retention channels
• Improved CAC efficiency and stronger LTV
• Healthier unit economics across the funnel
• A clear and consistent experimentation roadmap
• Strong alignment across performance marketing, lifecycle, and CRO
Requirements:
• Proven track record driving growth for ecommerce or DTC brands
• Deep understanding of:
• Paid acquisition
• Lifecycle/retention marketing
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking
• Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
• Hands-on operator mindset (not strategy-only)
Nice to Have
• Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional growth teams
• Background scaling brands in competitive ecommerce categories
• Familiarity with creative strategy and performance-driven testing
• Experience with attribution models and testing frameworks
Tools & Tech Stack
• Paid Media: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Ecommerce: Shopify (or similar platforms)
• Analytics: Google Analytics, attribution tools, performance dashboards
