About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Digital Growth to take full ownership of our online growth engine—driving revenue across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not just strategy. You’ll be directly involved in executing, testing, and scaling initiatives across channels while building a cohesive, full-funnel growth system.
You’ll work at the intersection of performance marketing, ecommerce, and lifecycle marketing, aligning efforts into a unified strategy that delivers measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Own Growth Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, and retention channels
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey
• Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap
• Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning initiatives
Channel Ownership
• Oversee performance across:
• Paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Email & SMS lifecycle marketing
• Ecommerce conversion (CRO)
•
• Ensure alignment across acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
• Optimize performance across the entire customer lifecycle
Data & Performance
• Track and optimize key metrics:
• CAC
• LTV
• ROAS
• CVR
•
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor growth performance
• Use data insights to drive decisions and experimentation
Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with teams across email, ecommerce, and creative
• Support execution of growth initiatives when needed
• Help guide and scale the growth function as the team expands

What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
Must-Have
• Proven track record driving measurable growth for ecommerce or DTC brands
• Strong full-funnel expertise:
• Paid acquisition
• Lifecycle/retention marketing
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
•
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking
• Experience running experiments end-to-end
• Hands-on operator mindset (you execute, not just strategize)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience managing or mentoring cross-functional growth teams
• Experience scaling brands in competitive ecommerce categories
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance testing
• Familiarity with attribution models and experimentation frameworks
Tools & Tech Stack
• Paid Media: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Ecommerce: Shopify (or similar platforms)
• Analytics: Google Analytics, attribution tools, performance dashboards
