Мы в поисках талантливого и стратегически мыслящего Head of Design, который умеет выстраивать визуальную коммуникацию брендов — от первых гайдлайнов до сильных диджитал- и офлайн-продуктов.

Вас ждёт микс UX/UI, креатива, брендинга и классической «печатки». Мы ценим дизайнеров, которые умеют не только делать красиво, но и делать работающий бизнес-дизайн.

Обязанности:

• руководство креативной дизайн-командой (рост, процессы, менторинг)
• разработка и развитие визуальной айдентики продуктов и брендов
• подготовка макетов под печать (каталоги, постеры и т.д.)
• создание digital-баннеров для рекламы, лендингов и соцсетей
• работа с UX/UI: логика, пользовательский путь, интерфейсы
• курирование дизайн-документации, работа с исходниками и шаблонами
• взаимодействие с продюсерами, маркетологами и топ-менеджментом

Requirements:
• портфолио, в котором виден системный подход к дизайну

• уверенное владение Figma, Illustrator,
• понимание технических требований к печатной продукции
• опыт работы с брендами премиум-сегмента — будет большим плюсом
• способность одновременно мыслить стратегически и делать руками
